With over 15 years of architectural and design experience, Brendan Leadbeater blends practicality and creativity with a design philosophy driven by a quest for ideas and answers, believing that successful design solves functional and phenomenological challenges.

While specializing in industrial and warehouse buildings over the past 4 years, Brendan's portfolio spans a diverse project range, including hospitality and residential towers, high-end interiors, and contemporary homes. His experience extends to cultural centers in Manhattan and Florida and voluntary efforts to rehabilitate properties affected by Hurricane Sandy in the South Street Seaport area of Lower Manhattan.

Brendan's expertise goes beyond design as he has testified before numerous Planning Boards as an expert in industrial, storage and warehouse facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, assisting clients in acquiring final site plan approvals.
